Owl Of Moon Return Policy

We will gladly accept damaged or broken Owl Of Moon merchandise purchased on owlofmoon.com for return or exchange.

Some of our products have expiration dates. We can not accept returns for any expired products. Bath salts and teas can not be returned if the seal is broken or the product is past its expiration date. Please consider purchasing bath salt or tea sample packs before committing to purchasing full sized products if you are uncertain about the ingredients. Discounted or sale items can not be returned.

You must request return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping any product back to us. To request RMA, please email us at customerservice@owlofmoon.com.

Any Owl Of Moon merchandise purchased at independent boutiques or department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

Once approved for return, you can send items back to us using any trackable or insured shipping method. We do not accept COD returns.

If we receive your authorized return within 14 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If your authorized return is received after 14 days, Owl Of Moon store credit will be issued instead.

Authorized returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7-14 days for your authorized return to be processed once received at our warehouse. We will send you a return notification email once the return has been completed. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
